Application:
After any surgical procedure, it is important to properly care for the fresh wound. The sterile shower plaster should be used daily in the shower as water protection until the suture is removed (usually 10 days).
After suture removal, scars require special care. Panthenol repair ointment should therefore be applied directly to the scar once to twice daily. To support a cosmetically particularly appealing scar formation, it is recommended to apply the product over a period of 6–8 weeks.
Panthenol repair ointment helps soothe redness and inflammation in scar tissue. It accelerates the regeneration of the skin and helps to reduce excess scar tissue. Due to its special active ingredients, Panthenol repair ointment is suitable not only for scars but also for wounds of any kind.
