Derma Balance cream is a rich element of care for particularly sensitive and irritated skin. Particularly dry skin, prone to inflammation, itching and neurodermatitis, requires a particularly mild, regenerating and soothing care.

Derma Balance Ointment supports and stabilises the problems of overly sensitive skin thanks to its unique combination of active ingredients. It is based on the natural oils of evening primrose and shea butter and contains zinc and dexpanthenol to regenerate and soothe the skin. The skin’s resistance is sustainably strengthened and the skin barrier is protected.

STIMU-TEX® AS is an exceptional active ingredient complex for the needs of particularly sensitive skin. It has an antipruritic effect and activates the epidermal skin protection that is important for irritated skin. The SK INFLUX® lipid complex additionally contributes to refatting and soothes irritations and redness.

In addition, Derma Balance ointment contains frankincense extract known from Ayurvedic medicine and containing boswellic acid. It has anti-inflammatory and natural effect against bacteria and fungi.

Derma Balance Ointment is free of silicone, paraben, paraffin and microplastics.

Special Ingredients

Evening primrose oil

Evening primrose oil provides particularly mild care for dry and chapped skin. It is rich in linoleic and gamma-linoleic acid, which promote the formation of a protective skin mantle. It contains amino acids, minerals and vitamin E and is therefore particularly suitable for neurodermatitis.

Shea butter

Shea butter is used in natural medicine for various skin problems. It supports the natural replenishment of the skin and smoothes chapped and rough areas.

Zinc

Zinc is antibacterial and soothes irritated and eczema-prone skin. It regulates the sebum production of the skin and protects the skin from external influences.

Dexpanthenol

Dexpanthenol is involved in the regenerative metabolic processes of the skin. It has been proven to strengthen the skin’s barrier function and stimulate skin renewal. Dexpanthenol increases the ability of the horny layer to bind water and improves its elasticity.

Stimu-Tex® AS

Stimu-Tex® AS soothes dry and irritated skin and has an antipruritic effect. It reduces inflammation and histamine release. The active ingredient also activates the epidermal skin protection that is important for neurodermatitis.

SK INFLUX®

SK INFLUX® is a skin-identical lipid complex to improve the skin’s barrier function. The special ingredients ceramides, phytosphingosines and fatty acids support sensitive and dry skin and soothe irritations and redness.

Frankincense extract

Frankincense extract helps with inflammation of the skin and maintains its natural protection. In Ayurvedic medicine, the effect of frankincense (Boswellia) already has a tradition dating back thousands of years. The resin of the frankincense tree contains boswellic acid, which has an anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect.
